The main objective of democratic decentralization is to promote equal public participation in programs of rural development and to give them maximum autonomy. For this, provision of reservation was made in the Panchayati Raj system to provide proper representation to women and Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes and it has been given the status of a fully autonomous democratic body. Under this, Panchayats were entrusted with the rights related to making plans for economic development and social justice. Important responsibility of implementation of various schemes of economic development and social justice and schemes related to the subjects listed in the Eleventh Schedule was also entrusted to the Panchayats. Panchayats have been given the right to absorb various types of work at the Panchayat level in order to mobilize the necessary economic resources for development, and have also been given the right to withdraw from them if necessary by forming various types of funds by the amount collected. .
Dr Sanjeev Gangwar

The litterateur spontaneously clarifies his social concepts in his literature - be it political, economic, cultural, geographical, administrative in any way. Society is also the basis or the motivating factor for the creativity of a creator. Mahakavi Kalidas is a creator associated with public relations. In his creations, whether it is an epic, a short poem or a play, proper light has been thrown on each and every aspect of the contemporary society. Malavikagnimitram, Vikramorvashiyam and Abhigyanshakuntalam are considered to be his three popular theatrical creations. According to the story of the play Abhigyanshakuntalam by Mahakavi Kalidas, the administrative system of King Dushyant was very strong. It was a monarchical system. Dushyant was a patriot and an emperor ready to protect the people. He used to follow his subjects like his children. During his time, all the seven parts of the state efficiently followed their respective responsibilities. Although the king was supreme, yet the subjects had the right to question him. There was a transparent judicial system. The king was the supreme authority. The punishment was very harsh. According to the nature of the crime, it was punished with death penalty, fine, torture etc. The state had the right over the property of the childless. Under the leadership of the commander, all parts of the army used to practice regularly. One-sixth of the income was taken as tax from the subjects. Ascetics and religious places were tax free. Some administrative officers were addicted to alcohol and passion. Thus the structure of the society described in Abhijnanasakuntalam was based on the ancient polity which was based on religious norms.
Dr. Samay Singh Meena

https://knowledgeableresearch.com/index.php/1/article/view/132

In the current changing environment, women have not lagged behind anyone. Today, women are not limited to handling utensils, utensils, sweeping and raising children within the walls of the house, rather they have created their own identity in every field of politics, business, education and service. has been made Through Panchayati Raj, women's politics has been politicized up to the village level. The feeling of leadership has also awakened among women belonging to educationally and economically backward rural families. Women, who have fallen prey to political ambitions and entered higher politics, are now continuously striving for economic self-reliance. Because they know very well that the present politics is based on money power and it becomes very important to do enterprise to earn money.
Dr.Sanjeev Gangwar

https://knowledgeableresearch.com/index.php/1/article/view/135

Theekre ki Mangani' is a lively portrayal of a woman 'Mahrukh' struggling to create her own existence and independent identity due to circumstances. In this novel ‘Theekre Ki Mangani’ written by the renowned writer of contemporary Hindi fiction, ‘Nasira Sharma’, a reliable and meaningful form of women’s discussion is found. Mahrukh's life represents the life of those women who, instead of searching for their liberation in isolation, broaden the question of liberation by connecting it with the liberation of the neglected, lower class, struggling and exploited characters of the society. Mahrukh's refusal to marry Rafat, breaking Thikre's engagement, is more a woman's desire for natural self-respect than a specific ideology. Mahrukh despises the display of dedication, sentimentality and sensitivity which is considered a woman's weakness. By continuously strengthening herself, she gives a message to the future generation that a woman should never consider herself powerless. He should not become weak in front of the circumstances, but should face them boldly and live a respectable life on his own terms. In this way, Nasira Sharma has proved herself to be a strong advocate of women's rights through her character Mahrukh. She says that a woman can live not only for a man but also for the society.
Mrs. Premlata Meena and Dr. Samay Singh Meena

https://knowledgeableresearch.com/index.php/1/article/view/136

Every child is full of talented qualities but it needs such a society and suitable time which helps to shine its talent like rainbow veins. The schemes of the government are commendable for child development, but their non-use on the ground is the biggest hindrance in child development. There the role of law starts where it is tried to bring it on the right path through corrective methods or by punishment for which various provisions were already made in many laws like in Section-82 of the Indian Penal Code-1860. The Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act was enacted in 1960, the Juvenile Justice Act in 1986, the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act in 2000 and now the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act in 2015. Children should be kept away from crime not by punitive methods but by corrective methods and they should be prepared in such a way that they can become good citizens, but for some years there has been an unprecedented increase in cases of rape, murder, kidnapping by minors, which need to be curbed. Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act 2015 was enacted for the purpose of juvenile justice, Child Welfare Committee and Juvenile Justice Board for children in conflict with the law were constituted at the district level all over India, which The Ministry of Women's Welfare and Child Development and the Department of Justice are jointly operating it. Certainly, their role in improving child's crime tendency can be beneficial, and with the proper effort and cooperation of the family and society, the disintegrating childhood can be saved. Which is a bitter truth.
Dr. Sanjeev Gangwar
