The presented research paper is based on the changing nature of the cases registered in the Juvenile Justice Board, Farrukhabad from 2005 to 2023. The title of the research paper has been named based on the trend of the data obtained in the study, in which the objective of the research paper is to understand the changing trend of criminals. And along with the study of the challenges of women's identity, an attempt has been made to assess both the positive and negative aspects of the impact of women's education and the mobile world on crime.
