Abstract

In Indian society, the role of women in the home is important, but it is also important for women to have a sense of independence and a place in society. Education plays an important role in empowering women, making them capable and intelligent. However, excessive independence among educated women can lead to challenges, especially in rural settings. After marriage, women have to adapt to new family expectations, which may limit their freedom. Educated women may feel constrained in rural, uneducated environments, affecting their freedom of expression.
