The study examines student perceptions of integrating ChatGPT technology in educational activities and its impact on learning outcomes. A mixed-methods research design was utilized, collecting data from 300 students through quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews. The survey revealed high usability ratings for ChatGPT (4.1 out of 5) and positive scores for perceived benefits (4.0) but lower ratings for challenges (3.2) and ethical concerns (2.9). Correlation and regression analyses showed a strong positive relationship between ChatGPT usability and improved educational outcomes (r = 0.65, p < 0.01), with usability and perceived benefits emerging as significant predictors of academic success. The findings indicate that while students view ChatGPT as an effective tool for personalized assistance and improving understanding, concerns around over-reliance on technology, data privacy, and academic integrity require attention. The study recommends careful management of ChatGPT integration to maximize benefits and address associated challenges and ethical issues. Further research is necessary to examine long-term effects and develop strategies for responsible AI integration in education.
