Self-Archiving Policy

Self-Archiving Policy of Knowledgeable Research Journal

Authors publishing with Knowledgeable Research are permitted to self-archive the following versions of their articles:

  1. Preprint Version: Authors may self-archive the pre-peer reviewed (Preprint) version of the article at any point in time, and it may be uploaded to any repository or website.

  2. Peer-Reviewed Accepted Version: Authors may also self-archive the accepted version of the article, post-peer review but prior to final publication, at any point in time.

  3. Postprint Version: Authors are allowed to self-archive the postprint version of the article, which refers to the final version of the article post-peer review but before formal publication, at any time.

However, when self-archiving, authors are required to include the following acknowledgment:

“This is the pre-peer reviewed version/Preprint Version/Postprint Version of the article: [FULL CITATION: Article name, author’s name, name of the journal, Vol. No…, Year, link to the article, link to the journal], which has been published after peer review and in a final version at [Link to final article].”

Terms and Conditions for Self-Archiving

  • Non-Commercial Use:

    • The preprint, accepted peer-reviewed, and postprint versions may be used strictly for academic purposes under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License. This usage is allowed under the following conditions:

      • Proper attribution must be given to the author.

      • The copyrights of the author, the publisher, or any third parties must not be violated.

  • Commercial Use:

    • The commercial use of these versions is strictly prohibited without the prior written permission of Knowledgeable Research Publisher. Interested parties wishing to re-use or reprint the content for commercial purposes must contact the publisher at [email protected] The publisher may grant non-exclusive copyright under a fixed fee arrangement.
