• Publication Charges (for Indian Authors):
  Authors affiliated with Indian institutions are required to pay a publication charge of ₹1000 INR upon acceptance of their manuscript.

• No APC for Overseas Contributors:
  To encourage global collaboration and equitable participation, international authors are exempt from APC and may publish free of charge.

• Open Access Commitment:
  All articles are published under an open-access model, ensuring free availability to readers worldwide without subscription barriers.

• Support for Researchers:
  By keeping publication costs minimal for domestic authors and waiving fees for overseas contributors, KR aims to balance sustainability with inclusivity in scholarly communication.
