The younger generation and Hindi literature: The impact of technology

Abstract

The present era is influenced by the digital age, and it is evident that digitization is being used extensively. Paper records, cash transactions, and even the process of maintaining documents in offices—all are undergoing digitization, which is the need of the hour. Artificial intelligence (AI) is being used extensively in this system. In the current digital age, artificial intelligence is playing a crucial role not only in human life but also in the field of literature.  AI has even intervened in the creative aspects of literature, as recent research has clearly demonstrated. While literature has traditionally been considered a realm of experience, human emotion, and imagination, it is now facing both new possibilities and several challenges due to the influence of artificial intelligence. The impact of AI on literature appears to be both positive and negative. This research paper sheds light on the impact of artificial intelligence on the creativity of literature.
