Abstract

The digital age has given Hindi literature a new platform, new momentum, and new challenges. Today, Hindi literature is no longer confined to books and magazines, but is reaching a wider audience through the internet, social media, and digital platforms. Hindi literature in the digital age is full of possibilities. If writers, readers, and platforms work together to maintain a balance between quality, language, and literary values, this era could prove to be a golden age for Hindi literature. While digital platforms, social media literature, web magazines and portals, audio and video literature, youth writing, and new forms of language are trending in Hindi literature of the digital age, several major challenges are also evident: the conflict between quality and popularity, copyright issues and plagiarism, lack of editing and review, a crisis of quality in digital literature, the decline of literary criticism, the language crisis and the increasing influence of English, the decay of literary institutions and magazines, and censorship and freedom of expression. The future of Hindi literature in today's digital age will depend on how writers maintain their creativity and social commitment, and how sensitively they adapt to changing technology.
