AI: Threat to means? A reconsideration of creativity, identity, and ethics

Abstract
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is considered the most powerful technological revolution of the 21st century. AI is rapidly expanding in the fields of education, health, administration, industry, art, literature, and humanities. However, whether AI is a useful tool for human progress or a threat to human creativity, identity, and ethical values is a question being seriously debated today. This research essay undertakes an in-depth study of the concept of AI, its impact on creativity, its effects on human identity, and the ethical challenges it poses. The study concludes that if AI is used in a human-centric, value-based, and responsible manner, it can prove to be a boon for humanity.
