Artificial Intelligence and the Future of Urdu Language and Literature

Abstract

Artificial intelligence is a major technological development of the modern era that has deeply affected various fields of human life as well as the humanities, and language and literature are no exception to this change. This paper presents a study of the future of Urdu language and literature in the context of AI and examines how modern technology can be helpful in the promotion, preservation and teaching of Urdu language. This paper also sheds light on the current situation of Urdu language in the digital age, language teaching through AI, digital preservation of literary texts, and new possibilities for research. Along with this, the technical, cultural and creative challenges facing Urdu language and literature have also been analyzed, especially the risk that machine systems are unable to fully understand the literary spirit and cultural nuances of the language.
