Abstract

By describing the development of egalitarianist jurisprudence in general and noted historical background of the research paper and also comprised the struggle of early women in legal profession in specifically. In this research paper I have discussed the status and representation of women in legal profession and in the legal education. This discussion is question of the limits of available data in the extent as separate data for women is only a current development. This research paper commences with the preparation structure that was allowed only to men.
