Abstract

India is adorned with the land of knowledge which is beyond the science of the modern age. It is a subject of research for all the lovers of knowledge. Now is the time to preserve and promote the knowledge given by India to the world and connect the people of India with culture, identity and acquired knowledge. Only then will its usefulness be proved. Our ancient knowledge tradition has focused on the all-round development of the individual and the form of education is helpful for a practical life. The entire Vedic literature, Ramayana, Mahabharata, Puranas, Smriti texts, philosophy, religious texts, poetry, drama, grammar and astrology are available in Sanskrit language only and increase their glory, which is completely proven in protecting Indian civilization and culture. A cultured society is created only by cultured knowledge. Cultures also make the environment clean along with physical, verbal and mental purity. It is essential to make our education system inclusive amidst the changing social environment and Indian values. This inclusive system cannot run without the ancient Indian knowledge tradition, because on one hand we are rapidly moving towards the era of modernity, while on the other hand we are forgetting the knowledge and science tradition inherent in our culture. In this blind imitation, our situation has become the same as it is said in the Upanishads that if the one who shows the path to the blind is also blind, then achieving the goal will become difficult.
