Indian knowledge system and the needs of the modern state

Abstract

This research paper addresses three issues: first, an attempt is made to understand the concept of the state and its objectives through the Indian knowledge system. Again, by considering the modern concept of the state, an attempt is made to understand India's needs as a modern state in various areas, such as social, economic, political, military, technological, foreign policy, law and order, and environmental aspects. Furthermore, an attempt is made to understand how the Indian knowledge system can maximize the development of modern India.
