Artificial Intelligence and English Language Teaching

Abstract

In this era of advanced technology, artificial intelligence is being used in education and English language teaching learning is no exception to it. Use of artificial intelligence has had a significant impact on English language teaching. This paper is an attempt to study the AI role in English language teaching and how it might improve student performance. The study encompasses range of artificial intelligence platforms and tools for English language students such as virtual language assistants, intelligent tutorial systems and language learning apps. It examines the benefits of AI in education, flexible learning path and instant feedback according to students’ various requirements and learning preferences.
