Abstract

Micro Teaching is a cutting-edge teaching method developed to improve the field of teacher training. It is a brief and purposeful teaching process in which teachers develop effective teaching skills in the classroom. Under this method, teachers deliver the curriculum in small groups by focusing on a specific skill for 5 to 10 minutes. After this, the teacher is given analytical feedback, so that they can improve their teaching style. In this process, only one skill is focused on at a time, so that teachers can identify their mistakes and improve them. This method increases the confidence of the teacher and strengthens their teaching ability. This method also provides the facility of video recording and re-analysis, so that teachers can learn from their errors. It is especially suitable for trainee teachers, so that they can make their teaching methods more effective and attractive. It makes teaching practical and student-centered.
