Abstract

Drama has been an integral part of the life of the ancient Indian masses. Drama is a subject matter to be performed on stage. This is the reason why it has a close relationship with theatre. This glimpse of Indian theatre can be seen in the form of Natyashastra about 2000 years ago which is continuously flourishing the art of drama, theatre, dance, music and architecture in modern times.
