Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) presents extraordinary possibilities in the field of Hindi language education and literary practice, particularly in areas such as pronunciation improvement, grammar checking, assessment and analytical evaluation, inclusive pedagogy, and content creation. Through advanced computational tools and adaptive learning systems, AI has the potential to enhance efficiency, accessibility, and personalization in Hindi teaching and learning. However, the application of artificial intelligence also reveals clear limitations. The cultural soul of the Hindi language, its emotional depth, originality of literary creation, human-centered dialogue, technological inequality, and rich linguistic diversity remain domains where AI cannot fully substitute human intellect and sensibility. Hindi literature is deeply rooted in lived experience, collective memory, and emotional consciousness, which cannot be adequately replicated through algorithmic processes. Therefore, it is imperative that the use of artificial intelligence in Hindi education and literary engagement be regulated, ethical, culturally sensitive, and continuously reviewed by educators and scholars. AI should function as an enabling and supportive tool rather than a replacement for teachers and writers. When applied with balance and responsibility, artificial intelligence can strengthen Hindi literature and education, making them more contemporary and accessible while preserving their creative, cultural, and humanistic essence.
